Platinum Package - 125cyp / month.

The platinum package entails a wide range of services which are offered to the client with the purpose to maintain the house at an excellent condition throughout the year. This premium service is about to offer a problem free time for the clients who have the advantage to use it.

1. Pool maintenance (for a pool up to 5m X 10m)
2. Garden maintenance (for a garden up to 500 square meters)
3. Building maintenance* (for a building up to 250 square meters)
• Air Condition maintenance (involves cleaning and piping inspection)
• Plumbing maintenance (Basic leakages, blockages that occur etc.)
• Paint maintenance (Patching up of possible damp areas, paint refreshing of marked areas etc.)
• 24hours call out service (this only applies for electricity cut outs – not applicable when connected to generator, water flattering, and lockout. Also applies for serious leakages or water flatter).
• Roof maintenance (for roof leakages, and roof tile replacing when broken).
• Door handles and lockers replacement (up to 3 in total per year)
• Door and lockers adjustment.
• Window maintenance (silicon replacement).
• Toilet seats replacement (up to 2 per year).
• Clean Solar panels from dust – once a year
• Security Control (twice a week – check up for all doors, windows and accesses to the property).

This package will also offer the following premiums to its holders:
• Full building paint (when completing a 5 year contract).
• A member’s card which allows a 10 – 20% discount on selected shops and restaurants (P.G.S electrical, Giovani Optical, Magnifico, , AboutmyHome, Masterblinds, Just Italian, Arcadia Restaurant, Xilino Tavern, Living Furniture).

*all the above items will not be covered in case of damage that is caused by act of violence, or excessive force.
